This is a busy time for an engineering consultancy with a global reach. The environmental team consists of a team of around 15 including environmental engineers and ecologists.
You will have the opportunity to work on linear infrastructure projects, pipelines projects and mining consultancy work.
We are only looking for an exceptional candidate with proven intelligence in the field of ecology!
This is an opportunity to step up to the next level, as a Senior Environmental Engineer you will have mentored more junior staff and will be capable of making the step up to manage a team.

- Flora & fauna assessments
- Consulting on all ecological aspects of construction projects
- Bush fire management
- Providing legislative advice
- Writing reports

REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor Degree as a minimum, preferably a PhD in ecology or botany or another relevant subject
- Relevant professional membership
- 15 years experience in relevant fields
- Consultancy experience is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of professional standards across the industry, an understanding of local QLD policies and legislation.
- Excellent written English to support your report writing skills
