Based in Russia for a major Oil & Gas Operator on 91/15 rotation. Purpose: In home officewhenever possible he shall co-operate with the project team and constructability and feasibility studies with APPAL for technical tabulation of the civil bidders proposal and clarification meeting with the bidders with civil department to analyze/define with the work requisition to be included in the sub-contractor scope of work. HE directs sub-contractors activities for his own discipline ensuring that plant construction works are performed according to the erection schedules and project documents within the assigned cost budget and according to quality and safety procedures as well as according to the terms and conditions of the sub-contract. The Job Holder will be Responsible for: Prior to the start of the work to check the suppliers material and technical documentation delivery schedule. Check that the same is inline with construction schedule and contractual commitments. Prior to the start of works control and approve the method statements submitted by the sub-contractors ensuring their correct application on the field. He ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas of activities sub-contractors of responsibility.
