Job Background:

Provide vision and leadership to establish and develop sound work practices and appropriate procedures to ensure smooth progression of all Maintenance works; in close liaison with all involved.

Job Description:

  • Ensure annual plans for the Maintenance Department are compiled covering all routine and non-routine work activities.
  • Develop and maintain a fully resourced and monitored 14/30/90 day program covering preventive and other works for all onshore asset areas of the company.
  • Develop, deploy and maintain ES-based PPM program for onshore assets.
  • Support the development and growth of subordinate staff and mentor national staff to achieve high levels of skills in Planning

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and an advanced degree in Business Administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and delivery skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Primavera systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, reports and presentation skills in English
