Position Head Chef Remote Sites
Reporting to Catering Site Manager Remote Sites
Location
Description Managing the site operations in a safe and efficient manner and providing high quality services to guests. Acknowledgment of my personal safety and that of colleagues and guests is a core value. Take a proactive approach to safety and ensure my team utilise all of the safety equipment and procedures provided to the team by the client.
Duties
· Work with colleagues and customers
· Develop and Update Company and Industry Knowledge
· Follow Health, Safety and security procedures
· Prepare, cook and serve food
· Deal with conflict situations
· Plan the catering for an event/function
· Plan and control menu based catering
· Implement food safety procedure
· Roster Staff
· Lead & Manage People
Requirements
· Relevant Industry Experience
· Trade Qualified Chef
· Minimum of 4 years proven work record with supporting references showing levels of expertise & experience.
· Senior First Aid
· Food safe / HACCP knowledge
· OH&S for Safety Representatives and Supervisors
· Computer Training (Word, Excel, Web based applications)
