Administration qualifications
Essential:
Excellent Administration skills, Excel, Word, etc, experience in HSE Administration.
Desirable:
Experienced in working as HSSE technical assistant, using RIDDOR and OSHA terminology.
Provide co-ordination of HSSE performance data, administration tasks and technical information for the project
Act as focal point for between onshore and offshore HSE personnel
Ensure accident and incidents are input into the accident database, including COPs IMPACT system
Collate weekly & monthly statistics and develop trending data
Track all actions in the HSSE Improvement Plan, through to completion and close out
Support management of audit actions and close out, via the use of Q pulse
Provide technical and administrative assistance on various HSSE deliverables
Act as co-ordinator for incident alerts, communication and safety alerts
Support and assist arrangement of function meetings, producing and tracking action logs.
Support and assistance management of Incident Review Panel, including issuing of presentations and tracking actions.
Act as focal point for the HSSE technical data
Facilitate & support HSE events, including project inductions, training programmes
Support general HSSE activities for the project
