Our Client has a vacancy for a HR Coordinator, based in Aberdeen. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Graduate Attraction and Recruitment campaigns utilising summer, intern placements and scholarship schemes to identify talent.
Coordinate the Graduate Discipline Programmes so that on the job learning, rotations and education meet the needs of the graduate, discipline and business.
Supporting the Learning and Development Specialist when it comes to managing the Learning and Development Lifecycle.
Develop the online induction programme ensuring that it meets the needs of the business and reduces the transactional support required from the HR department.
Support the Performance Management process, ensuring review completion is tracked, employee-learning needs are recorded and categorised for each business discipline.
Administer training and educational assistance policy, monitoring costs and completion as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility reporting requirement.
Track learning and development metrics by generating reports e.g. training hours and costs on a monthly basis, so that training expenditure and time can be reviewed per department.
Responsible for organising business skills training, event logistics, materials and joining instructions etc.
Focal point for the Your Questions Answered, Learning and Development Intranet pages, ensuring that it is up to date to meet the needs of the business and HR Business Partners.
Participate in HR technology user acceptance testing.
Participate in compliance and control activities (including SOX compliance).
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Relevant diploma or degree.
Appropriate administrative experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector; Human Resources experience and skills preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Strong Power point, Word and Excel Skills; People Soft experience preferred.
Strong communicator and able to deal with multiple interfaces.
Conscientious and has the ability to work on own initiative.
Strong organisation skills and is able to effectively plan and prioritise workload.
Attention to detail.
