To strategize, develop and implement yard development Master Plan and the centralized company facility management and maintenance of yard buildings, structures, docks, quays, plants, facilities, utilities and equipment to ensure that they are safe, reliable and cost-effective and that all divisions in company enjoy uninterrupted supply and support at the most effective costs to facilitate companys future business expansion needs.
