It's Perth based office has just won a significant amount of work on a huge WA based offshore project with an operating giant, hence the reason for this vacancy. The company's services focuses on several phases of project/asset lifecycle including; Conceptual/Feasibility studies, FEED and Detailed Design.

The Role...

Specifically you will be responsible for working closely with clients from project inception, determining the scope of their needs and undertaking studies and simulations in the area of flow assurance. Your solid grasp of flow assurance - potential issues and solutions - will come to the fore as you work hand in hand with the client in flow assurance modeling projects in the following areas:

· Hydraulic Performance

· Thermal Characterisation

· Operability Investigations

· Solids handling

· Production Chemistry assessment and study

· Slug mitigation strategies

The Candidate...

To secure your success you bring process engineering experience from oil and gas with solid exposure to detailed flow assurance modeling from a client or consultancy perspective. With software/modeling skills in Pipesim, HYSYS and/or OLGA you have a sound track record of troubleshooting flow assurance problems and implementing effective solutions. As this is a client interfacing role you bring the communication, negotiation and people skills necessary to achieve on behalf of the client and your company alike.
