Job Description
The main purpose of the Financial Advisor Support role is to provide support to all parts of the Norway Finance function in accordance with a detailed task list and priorities as agreed with the team lead.
Provide M&T forecast for all assets and quality assure actual charges on a monthly basis. Responsible: Commercial Operations Advisor
Assist in providing in-year performance management information including preparation of a standard performance pack
Assist in providing input to central SPU PPM team in line with business cycle
Support in updating Norway Capex and Cash Cost forecast and prepare variance analysis as required
Support in coordinating the Norway cash management process including the cash proofing exercise
Respond to ad-hoc analysis related to in-year performance information
Support in asset budget process including preparation of partner budgets.
Education/Experience:
· Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or other relevant curriculum
1 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
1 Good analytical skills and attention to details
2 Ability to deliver on tight deadlines
3 Pro-active in approach and a good team player
4 A strong bias for control and clarity
5 Good knowledge of English, oral and written
