Job Description
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join one of the leading Oil and Gas Service Companies based in the Aberdeen area. The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Manufacturing Facility (especially the workshop areas), and all the HVAC and MEP systems, which you must have had experience in. Reporting to the Facility Manger, you will be assisting them in the preparation for annual budgets for the overall operation of the complete facility. You will also be required to prepare cost estimates for building renovations or refurbishments and inspect on-going work for conformance to specifications and issues to real estate for budgeting.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working as a Facilities Manager of a large manufacturing plant.
