Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Co-ordinator
Location: Aberdeen
Rate/Salary: Neg
Duration: 12 months

The Role
Define and implement the various FM programmes in line with the agreed strategy
Manage the FM Contract
Manage the FM contractor to ensure effective implementation of all FM workscopes
Co-ordinate offshore FM contractor activities
Act as Technical Authority for coatings, insulation and PFP
Work with Integrity and Inspection positions to ensure appropriate inspection programmes are implemented as part of the FM workscopes
Co-ordinate QA/QC of the FM contractor work and ensure an audit programme is in place.
Ensure that all emerging fabric maintenance work is developed from the maintenance management system and incorporated into the appropriate workscopes
Ensure all contractors are fully aware of the impairment criteria for all Safety Critical Elements and understand the safety element role of the equipment being worked on.
Ensure procedures, specifications and documents are kept current and reviewed at specified intervals


Skills/Qualifications
Si Fully conversant with UK regulatory environment
Significant experience in fabric maintenance, coating application and insulation systems
Educated to degree level or satisfactory equivalent, relevant to the position
Track record of continuous professional development.
Knowledge of CNS and/or SNS operations
