Our client is an Oil and Gas Supermajor with worldwide Exploration and Production activities.

The Role:
Under the responsibility of the Hull Systems Leader The Hull Instrument/Telecom leader shall:

• Assist the Hull Systems Leader to ensure Compliance with Company Safety objectives throughout the life of the project and ensure that all safety related to his discipline are fully implemented.
• Ensure that the work from engineering to construction will be executed in full compliance with the COMPANY General Specification and the project specifications / requirements with the objective to reduce the cost without impacting the level of quality and safety within the defined schedule.
• Ensure that the Contractor and the COMPANY QA/QC plan are fully implemented.
• Follow up all Instrumentation/telecom activities during engineering/construction activities for the FPSO Hull. Validate all documents related to Instrumentation/Telecom subjects by interfacing in due time with FPSO Instrument/ICSS Leader when required. The position shall have an excellent knowledge of both instrument and telecom disciplines.

The working environment is international and multicultural and demands considerable experience in the project process working with International Contractors Family / full time status provided if required

Essential skills and Qualifications:
Charted Engineer.
Extensive experience in petroleum/offshore industry
Significant experience as instrument/DCS with good telecom skills
