Environmental Regulatory Advisor Assignment Location: London, UK Start date: asap Term : One year contract Type of assignment : Resident Rate : Negotiable The role: •Coordinating and executing contractors permitting and regulatory compliance activities. •Ensuring complete and timely preparation by all execution contractors of all construction and commissioning documentation required for Working and State Acceptance Commissions. •Developing and updating a Project Permitting and Approvals Plan, identifying all required permits, approvals, licences, consents for each execution contract / activity throughout the Drilling Project. •Reviewing and endorsing contractor Permitting and Approvals plans, regulatory compliance plans, and other related contract and project deliverable. •Monitor contractor activities regarding permits, approvals, licenses and consents related to Drilling Project activities. •Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of permit applications and other technical documentation required to obtaining permits, and ensure compliance with Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) requirements. •Participate in meetings, providing clear permitting guidance and full support to the project team by ensuring that all required permits are properly identified, prioritized and obtained on time in accordance with project execution schedule. •Developing regulatory permitting and compliance procedures and monitoring of their application, including plans and schedules, in accordance with project and company guidelines.
