A major oil and gas company is looking to hire an Environment and Regulatory Advisor as an In-country Interface to be based in Iraq.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate with Technical, Science, Environmental Science, Technology degree (AS or BS) or related discipline
* Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years experience with an oil/gas company, other extractive industry or other international construction project with environmental, regulatory, safety, health and/or project experience
* Environmental, Regulatory, Safety and Health process and tool knowledge
* Government Affairs/Regulatory Compliance
* Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work in a positive team manner
* Hard working attitude / commitment towards achieving project objective
* Self confidence to instruct contractors
* Fluent (at a technical level) in the predominant in-country language(s); familiarity with English is desirable
