Objectives / Scope
Assure excellence in engineering delivery.
Ensure implementation of management processes PEM and AKiMS.
Develop and deliver engineering and commissioning best practice.
Identify develop maintain and improve procedures.
Deliver client Values and Leadership approach.
Support Tendering process
Leading guiding and supporting the engineering and technical teams.
Develop and improve the engineering management / delivery process.
Assure safety in design.
Planning and estimating engineering delivery.
Liaison with construction manager to ensure engineering for construction.
Recruitment and retention of high quality personnel.
Offshore site visits to monitor performance.
Develop and monitor staff competence.
