Digital electronics design engineer wanted to work within the R&D team of a client based in Glasgow. You will be required to provide digital electronics design and embedded software support as part of the design team, you will be involved in many projects from initial concept design through to prototype build, debug & test whilst providing ongoing support to the customers.

Digital design experience will include work on and design of embedded microcontroller based power supplies and writing and coding of software.

Design of custom software solutions to meet specific customer requirements. Experience with TI MSP, PIC and other microcontrollers will be beneficial but not essential.

Ability to design digital hardware as well as developing the embedded firmware to run on this hardware,
