We are seeking an eRoom Coordinator to join one of our high profile Oil & Gas clients in Western Australia. Perth CBD based, the position will offer a 12 month initial contract. Top $$$, dynamic office environment
Key Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Provide Collaboration tools, functional and operational support and contribute to the following activities relating to eRooms and members:
eRoom support activities including:
• Efficient handling and timely close-out of Customer support calls
• Basic troubleshooting and resolution of issues/problems
• Referral of issues that cannot be immediately solved to the relevant 2nd level support
• Provide IM best practice advice to Customers
System administration activities in accordance with IS system administration business controls:
• Support system testing and performance monitoring activities
• Account creation and removal
• Access and permission changes control modifications/maintenance
Document Management Tools governance activities:
· Preparation of monthly metrics
• Compliance monitoring
• License monitoring
People and Teams
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meeting
• Lead Information Management workshops, presentations, lunch n Learn type sessions as required
• Contribute and attend Information Management Project and initiative meetings as required
Scope Factors:
The position incumbent will expected to proactively manage the eRoom support service and ensure that operating and service level agreements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The following skill-set is required as a minimum:
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in providing 2nd level support for a minimum of one year
• Knowledge in document management systems, collaboration tools and IM concepts with two years proven experience
• General IM business analysis skills
• Some industry experience required
• Ability to educate others in IM best practice and eRoom, via both informal and formal deliveries
• Methodical and practical approach to issue prevention, problem solving and an ability to work under the pressure.
