• Hands on Position

This position requires you to work with a number of external and internal customers within the Infrastrure Division of a Large Oil and Gas Project in WA. You will be working with a team within the Perth, WA office and regularly visiting site to complete work for the Project.

About the Role

• Assign E&I tags for contracts and purchase orders for the Project
• Load tag data into Project database
• Coordinate with package and contracts engineers to ensure tagging completeness
• Analyse engineering documentation to establish tagging correctness/completeness
• Produce reports on tagging data quality
• Support review of vendor technical data
• Produce reports on tagging data quality for Management

About You

• Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering background.
• Experience with Engineering Datbases or design systems such as SPI or eWarehouse
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• Knowledge of Engineering classes of data
• Ability to sort, filter and prepare reports on data – must be competent in the use of MS Excel
• Experience with Databases - MS Access or Oracle
• Knowledge of Operational and Maintenance data requirements
• Experience using Documentum
• Qualification or experience in Information/Content Management or related field
