Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Aberdeen
Rate: 25-30K pro rata
Duration: 12 Months

Role:
Support the Operations Manager in the administrative tasks associated with delivering the full portfolio of Services and Projects, including: enquiry management, installation, commissioning and lifecycle services on Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS). Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creation and maintenance of supplier and vendor document schedules for individual projects
- Maintenance & Development of Document Management system
- Drawing/Document receipt and issue in line with contractual obligations
- Responsibility for checking in house Drawings/Documentation for compliance to Company procedures
- Checking externally supplied Drawings/Documentation upon receipt for compliance with contractual requirements.
- Control of quality records including document control lists, transmittals, transmittal receipts and Customer comments in line with in house, supplier, customer and ISO quality procedures.
- Audits of site Drawing/Document Repositories
- Manage, organise, and update relevant data
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email
Desirable skills and qualifications:
- Technical or industry knowledge to support the project / service activities
- Access or similar database to basic level, SAP or similar business management software
