Document Control Manager job in UK
Our client is a Global Oil & Gas EPC Contractor based in London
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Planning and co-ordination of Document Control functions within the Company.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the execution of Document Management processes and procedures.
Responsible for the recruitment training co-ordination and supervision of Document Control personnel.
Management of the electronic and hard copy Document Management System and for the integrity of the data managed by the Document Control Department.
Qualifications
Preferably 5-10 years Document Control experience ideally within a detailed engineering services environment.
Possess a good understanding of project Document Control System requirements.
Experience of having implemented co-ordinated and managed the systems and resources required to manage documents and related data in a detailed engineering services environment.
Required characteristic

Good management leadership and communications skills.
The ability to prioritise effectively.
Possess good planning and organisational skills.
