Job Purpose:
Designs and builds the technical training plan and program for the client start up company.

Roles:

• Designs and builds the technical training plan and program for the client start up company (Learning and Development Program). Training to include process training, new hire career program, English training and specific discipline training for technical engineering staff.


• Ensures every new National employee has an up to date and comprehensive training plan.


• Participates in the recruitment and hiring of the National engineering work force. Participates in the recruitment of the supplemental expatriate workforce which will help develop, mentor, and provide technical support to the facility.


• Manages and implements the training program.


• Provide administrative and technical support; source facilitators, trainers, training centers and 3^rd party external providers.


• Mentor new hires.
