Swift Oil and Gas is the leading supplier of manpower to the global Oil and Gas industry.  Our client, the largest producer of natural gas in the nation, is in need of a Diesel Engine Mechanic to work in their Searcy, AR offices. 

*Summary

The professional will primarily work on Caterpillar Electric and Detroit Diesel engines typically used on drilling rigs. The candidate should have at least 1 year of verifiable field experience.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on Caterpillar Electric and Detroit Diesel engines


• Travel to field locations to conduct service


• Assist other mechanics when needed

*Qualifications:

• Previous experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar Electric and Detroit Diesel engine


• Verifiable experience working in a field environment


• Experience working at a Caterpillar dealership is considered a plus


• Professional training is desired but not required


• Ability to travel to field locations within assigned areas


• Willingness to work in various types of weather
