Job Description
Customer Service / Sales Advisor required for our client a supplier of specialist equipment to the global oil and gas industry.
Requiring excellent communication and customer service skills the Customer Service/Sales Advisor acts as the main focal point between Purchasing, External Sales, Stores, Stock Control, and Workshop Departments and is the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
Duties include:
Processing of Customer Enquiries.
Advising customers on product lines and specifications.
Ensuring availability and on time delivery of products.
Building relationships with both new and existing customers.
Issuing Quotations.
Previous experience in a sales environment within a supply company in the service industry is highly advantageous.
