Customer Service Manager O&M
Within our Gas Turbine Operations and Maintenance (O&M) business we have vacancy for a Customer Service Manager to manage a portfolio of 2 to 3 O&M/Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) contracts.

The role will involve:
* Managing a portfolio of projects, maximising contract performance, managing risks and ensuring long term results for Alstom whilst maintaining high level of Customer Satisfaction.
* Developing & maintaining key relationships, as well as being the single point of contact with the Customer
* Responsible for invoicing, ensuring budgets are maintained, managing and negotiating claims
* Maximising additional service sales outside of the O&M contractual scope
* Ensuring high standards of EH&S, Quality, Time & Cost requirements of outages are achieved.
* Managing the supply of new and reconditioned parts according to contract, including managing all offers, quotations, internal/external orders and order confirmations, applying Unified Cost Calculator (UCC) and financial approvals according to company directives..
Qualifications

Candidates should be qualified to degree level in an engineering discipline; have experience of Project Management with strong Commercial awareness and basic legal knowledge; have experience within Field Service on GT/CC (Commissioning, Erection, Site Management); experience of managing budgets; have thorough understanding of HSE issues; demonstrable customer relationship building skills; and be computer literate. The role will involve UK and occasional overseas travel
