Cost Analyst with Turnaround TAR experience in managing multiple TARS.  Responsible for creating the budget tracking actual spend and forecasting final cost.   Experienced in using Maximo or similar Computerized Maintenance Management System.  Abilty to seek out and solve problems.  Will be responsible for attending training and implementing Backbone purchase to pay process in the Central TAR team.  

Establish the Central TAR team sharepoint site for budget and cost control.  Provide guidance and administer the AFE Authorization for Expenditure process. Administer the scope growth control process and assure TAR cost is on track for delivery.  Work with TAR Specialists to identify cost overuns and supplement AFE as required.
