Corrosion Engineer job in Libya
Primat Recruitment are recruiting for a Corrosion Engineer to be based in the desert near Tripoli Libya on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation 10 hour days 7 days per week. This is a contract role with a competitive package.
As Corrosion Engineer you must have a minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in Inspection and Corrosion of which at least three years must be in the Supervisory capacity.
As a Corrosion Engineer you will have a thorough knowledge of Corrosion monitoring Chemical injection Cathodic Protection Painting and Coating Materials selection and Corrosion mechanisms.
Qualifications/Experience
- Degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Metallurgical Engineering.
- A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.
- N.A.C.E. Certification will be an added advantage
