Reporting to the CEO this role is primarily responsible for negotiating construction-related contracts, including Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts and operation and maintenance agreements. This will include advising on construction law matters such as risk mitigation, externalising liabilities, optimising change orders provisions, warranty exposures and insurance.Experience within the legal fields of construction and energy and also a law degree are an essential requirement for this position.
