Project Change Management Manager

Our client is a global leader in the design and construction of offshore production facilities and is a pioneer in the FPSO market. They are highly respected globally and have over 3Bil worth of projects currently underway regionally.

They are looking to fill a key role in their contracts team with someone who can work across multiple major projects focusing on change requests cost information and change order approvals with the client. You will have responsibility for:

• - Managing the claims management process including preparation of appropriate documentation in the support of claims negotiation extensions of time cost control and financial recoverys from clients.
• - Managing the assurance of contract compliance and that appropriate legal review and approvals are obtained for all contract disputes.
• - Managing the close out of all contractual obligations in a designated prime contract.
• - Reviewing vendor/client contracts to ensure compliance to project specifications

This is a key role within the organisation with influence over major decisions within the company. It requires a person with a strong contracts/commercial background working on projects in an offshore or shipyard environment.
