They are seeking a contracts manager to Review, coordinate, administer and resolve all commercial contractual terms and conditions of sale and purchase for all products and divisions in line with corporate policies in order to maximise financial returns to the organisation whilst minimizing legal and financial exposure.

The Job will involve the incumbent to :
*Be fully accountable for the Tendering / bids and contracts management functions on the project along with input into the procurement of equipment, and services
*Research vendorÃÂÂs / supplierÃÂÂs capabilities, identify a pool of candidate vendors / suppliers for project consideration
*Assist in the negotiation of contracts with an optimum mix of price and quality
*Assess the quotations submitted and selecting the bidders with which the commercial/financial negotiations may be conducted
*Set targets as to the result to be achieved in price negotiations
*Conduct the financial and contract negotiations at the appropriate management level
*Identify and analyse economic developments in the market
*Manages the competitive bidding and selection process
*Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors / suppliers are commercially advantageous

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
*Strong commercial and contracts backgroundà
*Strong negotiation skills and awareness of the tendering process
*Attention to detail in planning to achieve timely and accurate results
*Previous experience in managing contracts and vendor / supplier management
*Experience in contract administration and maintenance
*Excellent client liaison and communication skills

And should have Ideally a Bachelor's of Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management / Contracts Administration / Business Management
Along with experience in Contract Administration within EPC Project Construction in Oil & Gas and to be well versed in FIDIC, ICC, ICE & ISO / QA Procedures. Good proficiency in English language required for efficient review/ understanding for interpretation of Contracts

They are offering a good remuneration package for the successful candidate. They are open to negotiate for the right individual the salary package on offer however their remuneration is very competitive within the market and will be discussed further at point of interest.
