Identify and advise potential risk areas in the project and contract

Participate in risk assessment meetings

Reviews commercial and contractual content of EPC contractor correspondence as directed

Prepares responses to EPC contractor commercial and contractual correspondence as directed

Reviews form and content of subcontracts

To be aware of, and identify potential back charges presented by subcontractors

Reviews quantum of EPC Contractor scope changes, variation requests, deviations and concessions as directed

Participates in negotiation meetings for changes, variations, claims and settlements with EPC contractor

Identifies areas of concern with respect to EPC contractor performance recommending corrective actions to Commercial Manager wherever required

Participate in key reviews and meetings as required

Comments on EPC contractors monthly reports
