Contracts Advisor
Our client is an international Oil and Gas operator with offices based in Calgary, AB. We are looking to identify a Contracts Advisor for their team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Advisor is responsible for all aspects of contracts administration. The candidate will come from an Oil and Gas background (preferably an E&P) where they have been focused on a broad range of contracting activities. They will need a keen commercial acumen and the ability to develop quickly within the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing contractual agreements on a day-to-day basis
* Liaise with internal and external areas of the business effectively by building key relationships
* Develop and implement new contract agreements
* Review and amend existing contract agreements
Requirements
* Familiar with oil and gas production operations
* Strong understanding of contracts within an oil and gas environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience working in an upstream oil and gas operations environment in a similar role
* Petroleum Land Management Certificate or Post Secondary Degree or Diploma
* Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada with no restrictions
