Job Title: Contractors Adviso Location: Algeria Rotational basis Rate: Negotiable Duration: Long term Our Client A major international oil and gas operators seeks a contracts Advisor to join their team on a rotational basis in Algeria. Responsibilities and Qualifications: Contract experience in E&P Oil & Gas industry supporting ongoing Plant Operations at a producing Oil & Gas facility. Well developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated teamwork abilities Previous experience working in a multi-culture/joint venture environment would be advantageous Assisting in mentoring training and the development of a National Contracts staff Positive contribution and participation in the BU HSE performance Preparing and processing bidders lists for review and approval by clients and partners Coordinating the development review and approval of all contract bid packages Implementing the bid process for all contracts and ensuring compliance with established joint venture procedures Coordinate the evaluation of tenders and develop award recommendations for appropriate approvals Preparation of contractual documentation and coordination of all other documentation and matters affecting tenders and contracts. Administration and control all contracts and associated documentation Monitor contractor performance and compliance of contractual requirements Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with partner representatives and field personnel Assist in the development/enhancement and implementation of optimal contracting strategies Fircroft is a leading provider of technical recruitment solutions to a number of specialist industries active in over forty countries worldwide.
