Contract Advisor - Surrey - Permanent - c65k Benefits package

Working in our clients Commercial Department, the Contract Advisor's role will be to manage and coordinate the contracting activities during the bidding phase. This will include:

- Analysing the tender
- Contract documents
- Qualify or amend tender documents
- Analyse and/or prepare cooperation agreements, partnerships, joint ventures etc.
- Participate in the negotiation and formulation of contracts and cooperation agreements with clients and partners"

Applicants are required to hold a Degree In English Law or equivalent and must have experience in assisting and advising in the interpretation of contractual clauses and the preparation of legal opinions, litigation's and for the stipulations of subcontracts. As well as previous experience in the Oil and Gas Industry gained on North Sea projects, with knowledge of LOGIC or NSC 0507 contracts. Must be a good communicator and be capable of working as part of a team.

We are looking for candidates that have an in depth knowledge of the legal requirements of negotiating the contract with clients and the first stage. With specific experience in the negotiation of contracts at tender phase, terms and conditions of client, commercial review and commercial terms.
