This project is the build of new Oil & Gas Refinery in Saudi Arabia which has an expected project term of 3-5 years and will be one of the most efficient full-conversion refineries in the Middle East capable of developing 400,000 barrels per day.

Candidates applying must have experience in the oil and Gas industry in construction management of mega projects.

Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of the project construction specifications and standards

Plans, coordinates, and directs the construction work and construction subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates.

Approves the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of construction to meet project objectives

Must have thorough knowledge of construction practices, economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications

Also is responsible for obtaining the necessary construction resources to plan and execute the work.

· Duration approx 2-3 years

· Single status / good English communication language skills

· 10 years experience

· 10 hours/day x 6 days a week

· Rotation flights in economy class based on 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off provided
