For our client an international engineer company we are looking for a Completion Engineer in Angola.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTION

Completion defines the strategy in order to get Client Acceptance of the Hook-up work. Completion is following an established process with several milestones from Mechanical Completion to Final Acceptance through static and dynamic Commissioning.

The Completion Engineer is responsible of the offshore topside Completion activity on platforms.

He is dealing with the Client Completion Team in order to set up and prepare onshore all the relevant technical Completion documentation relative to the project Completion.

He is also dealing with the offshore execution of completion activities. Finally he follows all the mobilization and demobilization regarding personnel and equipment involved on the completion activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ONSHORE COMPLETION PREPARATION

· Endorse the Company Completion process and specification.

· Endorse the Company Completion Engineering studies including

o All relevant Engineering documents PFD PID Iso elec. Drawing lists specifications cause and effects

o All relevant Vendor documents

o Shutdown/Start-up procedure to be reviewed assist Client for Shutdown/Start-up execution. Flushing / Purging / Isolation

· Develop the following documentation:

o Boundary System Limits

o Turnover & Completion Packages TCP

o Develop Step by step Commissioning procedures and/or Test procedures.

o Review and/or correct A/B-Check sheets Approval Sheet

o Populate Completion Management System EMPegasus which is a Microsoft Access Database

o Compile relevant information for Final Documentation

· Identification of spare parts consumables special tools required for the Completion activity.

· Identification of local sub-contractor and technical appraisal of them

· Follow local sub-contractors regarding deliverables pre-mobilisation tests

· FAT witnessing if required

OFFSHORE COMPLETION EXECUTION

· TCPs execution in smooth and safely manner

o Checks-sheets filling follow-up

o P&IDs checks Commissioning Procedures

o Pegasus maintenance and administration

· Responsible for Completion Permit To Work PTW request and Job Safety Analysis JSA development

· Supervise Sub-contractors during completion activities execution with capacity to undertake the most common:

o Mechanical/Piping: Nitrogen leak-testing

o Electrical/Instrumentation: Cable testing Instrumentation Calibration

o Functional/certification test

o Specific activity such as hydraulic flushing filtering

· Supervise Vendor activities

o Follow Vendor

o Arrange Operation training

o Collect signed-off documentation

· Follow Mobilization / Demobilization plan of Completion Sub-contractor and/or Vendor

· Follow and review Mobilization / Demobilization of Materials Equipment required

· Experience in oil & gas industry specially with offshore topside works including Revamping and Retrofit

· Multi-discipline knowledge: Piping Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation hydraulic pneumatic

· Report and assist the Completion Manager
