We urgently require a commissioning engineer for urea plant.

Activities:
Check the correct installation of the process plant (mechanical completion)
Flushing and blowing out of piping and equipment
Support and supervision of subcontractor staff
Test run of the machinery (pumps, CO2 compressor with turbine drive)
Preparation of procedures and planning work for the above activities
Review of the process control system (DCS) and the safety devices
Commissioning of the plant (shift operation) together with the shift leader of the customer and the licensor's advisory personnel
Participation is planning and execution of on-site modifications, if necessary
Involvement in data acquisition during operation
Work in the performance guarantee test
Support of the project team for documentation of the as-built status of the plant

Requirements:
Experience in the abovementioned activities
Preferably experience in the operation of urea plants, other fertiliser plants, chemical plants processing mainly liquid media, or ammonia facilities
Used to work independently
Experience with high pressure equipment (160 bar)
