Commercial Team Leader -
To supervise and administer the contracting function within the commercial department and provide general commercial support and advice. Particular responsibility for the efficient management and administration of all Client Contract and Sub Contracts.
Main Responsibilities -
To minimize project and general business contractual and commercial risk.
Provide commercial and contractual input into the bidding process including advising on credit risk, country risk, liability and costs.
Qualification of contract conditions to ensure company exposure is the minimum possible - consistent with winning the work and in compliance with company rules.
Risk assessment of contract conditions - including contract variations and claims.
Preparing, submitting and pursuing variations in accordance with the Contract and the Company procedures.
Ensuring compliance with relevant Company procedures, particularly those of the Project and Legal suites.
Promoting contractual awareness within the Project Team.
To ensure that all activities are carried out with the highest regards to the Health and safety of all involved and to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution.
