Job Description
We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager for staff position with our client based in Manchester.
General Commercial administration of EM projects
Making/maintaining commercial records and administering EWN and NCE to projects
Provision of commercial advise to Project Managers and ensuring that the commercial interest of Costain are protected at all time
Completion of final accounts negotiating subcontracts and making application for payment from client
Person Specification
Competencies
Ability to demonstrate full working knowledge of NEC3
Experience of Mechanical and Civil works preferred
Ability to demonstrate good negotiation skills
Ability to successfully complete projects including finalising accounts
