Job Description
An attractive opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator to join a leading engineering and service company.

Responsibilities:

ÃÂAssist with enquiry review: preparing quotes/bids and proposals for products and services
ÃÂAssist Sales team in exploiting and developing sales opportunities and maintaining a high Company profile
ÃÂCollate pricing information payment terms contractual terms & conditions to be included in the quote/bid
ÃÂCompile maintain and assist in reviewing costs and pricing spreadsheets for all relevant products and services
ÃÂReview historical quotes purchase orders and sales orders to accelerate the bidding process
ÃÂProduce and update commercial reports and summaries
ÃÂDevelop commercial performance statistics
ÃÂDevelop commercial department processes and procedures to ensure efficient client response to enquiries.
ÃÂUpdate and maintain the daily enquiries
Assist with the preparation of commercial presentations
ÃÂEnsure all enquiries are dealt with in timely manner
ÃÂAssist with preparation of cost models which include costs commercial terms net and gross margin & sale price
ÃÂLiaise with the purchasing and manufacturing department to request component costs sub contract costs and labor hours as well as break down bills of materials to their component level to price each individual part including raw material labor hours and sub-contract work required to manufacture the equipment
ÃÂInterface with the commercial team to assist & validate forecast & actual bookings
ÃÂAttend various workload & pre-provisioning meetings to keep the Proposals Sales & Manufacturing departments informed of requirements
ÃÂCollect FPAL feedback from customers

Qualifications:

ÃÂSVQ/HNC/HND in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
ÃÂPrevious administrative experience within commercial department
ÃÂClear understanding of database management with advanced Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint skills.
