Functional Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in production of monthly invoice to client including preparation of summary sheets and recharge of specific items.
Preparation of monthly SAP disk to accompany invoice.
Assist in preparation of monthly accruals file
Process and Approval of Employee expenses.
Assist Senior Commercial Administrator and PSN Project Accountant with quarterly / annual reconciliations.
Perform monthly cost review to ensure that all costs are captured in monthly Invoicing.
Assisting Senior Commercial Administrator with Contract Compliance review and monthly overhead analysis.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by client personnel.
Degree or HNC/HND in Accounting or Business Studies
Preferably experience in similar position.
IT literate, good keyboard skills, able to communicate effectively.
High level of accuracy / attention to detail
