Reporting to Catering Area Manager Remote Sites

Location Australia Countrywide

Description Managing the site operations in a safe and efficient manner and providing high quality services to guests. Acknowledgment of my personal safety and that of colleagues and guests is a core value. Take a proactive approach to safety and ensure my team utilise all of the safety equipment and procedures provided to the team by the client.

Duties

· Roster Staff

· Monitor Staff performance

· Manager finances and debt within a budget

· Recruit and select staff

· Manage physical assets

· Develop and implement operational plans

· Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace

· Lead and manage people

· Manage workplace relations

· Manage quality customer service

· Develop and update the legal knowledge required for business compliance

· Train small groups

Requirements

· Relevant industry experience at management level

· Minimum of 4 years proven work record with supporting references to show levels of expertise and experience

· Senior First Aid

· Food safe / HACCP knowledge

· OH&S for Managers

· Computer Training Word Excel and web based applications
