Job Description
Our Client has a vacancy for a Camp Manager. This is a permanent position based in Saudi Arabia.
As Camp Manager you will have overall responsibility for camp administration in terms of maintenance housekeeping labour transportation camp expansion etc. This will include forecasting camp requirements and arrangements for bed space and related amenities. You will supervise camp administration and conduct audits to support facility planning and surprise inspection of camps/sites to ensure compliance.
Your responsibilities will involve the following:
Coordinate with HR manager on Camp Administration issues and seek input on company policies and procedures.
Monitoring and controlling the Camp expenses on a monthly basis such as expenses on maintenance water & electricity consumptions vehicle movement.
Monitor and control absenteeism late coming and absconding cases.
Ensure possession of all labour cards and valid documents.
Ensure camp safety and labour safety.
Ensure efficient and effective disaster management
Ensuring hygienic and sanitized conditions.
Ensure provision of First aid facilities.
Submit monthly action Report & plan to HR Manager.
Manage effective and efficient labour transportation.
Candidates for this role must have a Bachelors degree and extensive relevant experience.
The salary for this role is 3500 to 4500 USD per month.
