Job Description
Our client requires a CDB CMMS Coordinator for a position based China. This is being offered on a 28x28 rotational basis with the start date being February 2011.
Main Duties
* Responsible for effective implementation of JDE Enterprise 1 Equipment Asset Management (EAM) module.
* Serves as the overall coordinator for Operations and Maintenance and interfaces with implementation team to prepare EAM prior to project first gas start date.
* Scope includes system set up and configuration, building of equipment asset management data.
* Builds equipment hierarchy and equipment relationship trees. Creates maintenance work flows, preventative maintenance schedules, work order planning and scheduling, bill of materials (BOM's), equipment spare parts lists uploads from spreadsheets and or other programs.
* Develops training material and acts as single point of contact for training.
* Serves as the Subject Matter Expert regarding Computerized Maintenance Management System.
* Coordinates with Major Capital Projects to ensure company EAM data integrity requirements are correctly implemented into E1 prior to first gas.
* Provides day to day system support and system maintenance post first gas.
* Works closely with other supervisors, advisors and consultants to integrate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Surface Equipment Reliability Integrity (SERIP) Processes into work procedures, guidelines and work processes.
Requirements
* University degree in Computer Science and or Software Engineering or Equivalent work experience with JDE Enterprise 1
* Minimum 5 years experience working with JDE Enterprise 1 Equipment Asset Management Module.
* Overseas work experience highly desirable
* Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor or planner a plus.
* Excellent computer skills
* Knowledge of gathering systems and sour-gas facilities required with emphasis on supporting operations and maintenance of high / medium pressure high sour gas plant maintenance of amine units, dehydrations units, sulfur recovery and tail gas units, sulfur forming operations and associated field and plant mechanical equipment, instrumentation, electrical and Distributive Control Systems is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of Base Business initiatives, Surface Equipment Reliability & Integrity Process (SERIP), Well Reliability & Optimization (WRO) and Surface Facilities Optimization (SFO are important to this position.
