Scope:
• Project comprises RLE and Upgrade of an existing FPSO to make her suitable for operation on a new field.
• Main E&I scope is:
• exchange of the Integrated Control system ICS hardware renewal and software migration
• tie-in of a few new process skids and a crude oil fiscal metering skid
• tie-in to new subsea control system
• new E&I slipring
• EX inspections
• Shipyard responsible for mechanical completion responsible for commissioning onshore & offshore

Timing:
• Initially in Hoofddorp for familiarisation and preparation of E&I MC&C strategies/plans of action
• Later on onsite at the selected Shipyard
• Thereafter offshore onboard the FPSO during hook-up and offshore commissioning until First Oil and First Gas

Tasks:
• Responsible for E&I construction and commissioning management and coordination throughout the project
• Reports to the Yard C&C Manager and/or his Deputy
• Responsible for timely completion of the project E&I C&C scope within budget and with the necessary quality in accordance with contract requirements and approved by the certifying authority
• focal point for the E&I work on the Yard
• Coordination of the E&I related vendors on site
• Coordination of the site personnel of the ICS subcontractor
• Manage a team of E&I inspectors on site during construction and mechanical completion
• Manage a team of E&I commissioning technicians on site during onshore commissioning
• Manage a team of E&I commissioning technicians onboard FPSO during offshore commissioning.
