Job Title: HSEQ Advisor Location: Aberdeen Rate/Salary: Neg Duration: 6 months The Company: My Client is a major FPSO owner/operator who also designs and supplies innovative Mooring and Transfer Systems for clients worldwide. The Role:Procure goods and services at the most economically advantageous purchasing options for the company in a timely, cost effective and ethical manner.Verifying that purchase requisitions are complete.Preparing and issuing enquiries to suppliers.Preparing supplier assessments (where applicable) and recommending best commercial options.Preparing and issuing purchase orders.Performing desktop expediting activities as required, in conjunction with Offshore Material Controller.Assisting with the preparation of a weekly status report showing the status of all purchase transactions, in conjunction with Offshore Material Controller.Liaising with Suppliers, and Materials Co-ordinator, with regards to 3rd party inspections, transportation of materials and shipments.Recording and updating Suppliers performance database (FPAL) as appropriate. Any other duties as may be required. Essential Skills/Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar position: Maintenance Management System User and Procurement.
