Job Description
Project Specific Responsibilities & Objectives:
Development and implementation of Company's business services strategy and improvement plan.
Establishment and maintenance of project services systems,processes,procedures and resources for all contracts.
Management, Provision and Coordination of all business services activities including finance, procurement, contract administration and project controls.
Interfacing with Clients,partners,contractors,Company organisations and others as necessary to ensure the effective management and delivery of business and project services.
Ensure compliance Company's corporate processes and procedures and responsible for development of project specific processes to meet contract / client requirements.
Ensure all reporting schedules are developed and agreed,and all reporting is carried out effficiently and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with the billing process and manage cash collections.
Ensure People is actively rolled out and implemented across all functions within the Business Services Team.
Responsible for assessing effectiveness of current procedures with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance.
Management of project risk management process and ownership of the risk register within the project / assignment.
Responsible for the provision of project financial analysis and accounts and A&F function.
Responsible for ensuring contractual compliance and day to day management / administration of contracts.
Responsible for all commercial elements of Contract including escalation, application of contract terms, negotiations,contract reviews,KPIs, claims and analysis

Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent
