Our Client, a global leader in the Oil & Gas industry is currently seeking for a Business Process Management Analyst join their team in Perth.

As a Business Process Management Analyst, you will be assisting the Business Process Management Coordinator in managing and promoting the business process documentation for the Australia Business Unit.

Your main responsibilities involve;

• Facilitates business process workshops within the Australian business unit
• Training of business process tools
• Provide process expertise directly to business users
• Promote the value of the BPM team and process improvement throughout the business unit and other projects
• Identify areas for business process improvements
• Create and maintain business process diagram
• Perform quality assurance checks on business process documents throughout the business unit

This role will be required to train and facilities groups including managers so the successful candidate should be comfortable with public speaking and conversing with people of all levels. Experience with training and facilitating workshops will require to successfully carrying out the job.

This role also required the incumbent to provide expertise to all sections of the business in process mapping and process improvement tools and techniques thus it requires someone with strong working knowledge of the BPM mapping tools and business process design and mapping in general.
