Our client is a leading Oil and Gas company. They are seeking a motivated and driven Business Process Management Analyst.

Duties will include:

- Facilitate business process workshops

- Mapping AS-IS processes with various teams using relevant mapping methodologies and tools.

- Facilitate BPM tool coaching.

- Provide process expertise directly to the business users.

- Provide support and expertise in creating and maintaining business process diagrams.

- Create and maintain business process diagrams.

- Perform Quality Assurance checks on Business Process documents.

- Stakeholder engagement.

To be successful for this role you will possess the following:

· A minimum of 2- 3 years experience in a similar position.

· Experience within the Oil and Gas Industry will be highly regarded

· Strong working knowledge of the BPM mapping tool as well as business process design and mapping in general.

· Previous experience with training and facilitating groups.

· Excellent communication skills.
