Job Description
Duties:
- Collect share and document market and potential customer information; perform analysis of the market and opportunities in close co-operation with Group Business Development;
- Initiate and execute Marketing and Sales Plan to drive revenue and profitability growth in line with Global Business Plan;
- Align M&S plan with other Business Lines and agree regional priorities;
- Actively develop the market and promote inspection & asset integrity services;
- Extensively network in the market through clients suppliers subcontractors and codes and regulatory bodies;
- Maintain and expand market share;
- Initiate contracts for projects agents and clients and close deals;
- Participate in the setting up and maintaining of local network with partners agents clients;
- Reporting liner to the Business Unit Manager and Business Line Director;
- Develop Sales Prospect system - report in CRM;
- Provide regular monthly reports.
Knowledge and skills:
- Mechanical Engineer specific training by ARTD API 653 / EEMUA / API 510;
- 10 years relevant experience;
- Training in Asset Management;
- Sound understanding of QHSE concepts and how the add value;
- Excellent interpersonal communication and networking skills;
- Proven track record in sales and marketing of industrial projects;
- Leadership skills;
- Willingness to travel;
- Knowledge of NDT techniques procedures and applications is an advantage;
- Fluency in English & Spanish spoken and written additional European language is a plus.

- Change management to help establish business lines; implementing a new prospective while maintaining commerical value of current business/strengths;
- Working in multiple virtual teams at the same time; within business line within business unit across business lines etc. - part of the Multi Dimensional Organization;
