They continue to develop world-class core technologies and find and implement the most efficient solutions based on their intimate knowledge of the ever changing market conditions.

Ideally a US National. Bachelor's in Business Administration-Marketing with 5 years practical experience in industrial cable sales and marketing with major cable manufacturing companies.

Responsible for developing and promoting potential customers and business strategies to expand the Companys industrial cable & Module business into the North American market.

Researches & Evaluates potential customers. Assess market market conditions, analyse competitor data and develop business plans.
Applicants should have:
An in depth knowledge of the US industrial cable marketplace, both underground and aerial.
A Technical understanding of industrial cable products, industry specifications, and properties that affect performance and purchasing behaviour.
Strong communication/presentation skills
An understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
Excellent presentation skill and problem-solving skills.

The primary objective is to develop and promote the potential customers and business strategies to expand the companys Industrial cable & Module business into the North American market. Developing the right entry strategies for North American marketplace.
Work with team manager to Budget and forecast marketing and promotional expenses
Work with team manager to develop business plan, sales presentations and marketing campaigns that support business development activities.
Conduct market research to be used by Sales and Planning & Management Team to assist in defining and developing new products
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Experience and understanding of quality systems and international certifications
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Understanding of Korean Culture (willingness to learn).

Reports directly to General Manager (in charge of America & Europe Sales & Marketing team) based at the company HQ in South Korea. Competitive salary ($USD) and flexible conditions.
